To all our valued customers,
Following my update back in January around our progression plans in the Wellington region, I am excited to share some updates on how we are keeping Wellington connected.
Since purchasing LG Anderson Transport and Anderson & Flowers Warehousing in early 2023, we have made a number of significant changes to support a region we see as an integral part of our nationwide service offering.
From our four locations across the region, we are excited to bring our customers an increased level of service including:
- Six warehouse and cross dock transport facilities across the region.
With all six covering a range of general and specialist 3rd party logistics services, we have now completed the necessary moves to have all facilities working together in unison across four strategic locations throughout the Wellington region. Each site has their own dedicated focus and plays it’s part in supporting not only Wellington customers in the region, but a number of significant national clients utilising our nationwide services.
As a company, we now have over 130,000m2 of warehousing space available across the country with 30,000m2 of this being in Wellington alone. We have invested significantly in premium racking and handling equipment, along with technology and strategic recruitments to offer customers the versatility, real time data reporting and support they require. We have also extended our storage handling capability and certifications to cover not only a range of general and speciality goods, but also those requiring MPI compliance, customs approvals, onsite fumigation services and dedicated food handling compliance.
- A dedicated team of 65 members, including our new Wellington based Business Development Representative.
Joining our nationwide team of over 800, we are proud to have a 65 strong Wellington team who bring with them some of the most experienced warehousing and logistics capability in the region.
Working alongside our Wellington team is Kirsten Crawford, our dedicated Business Development Representative.
Having been part of the transport and logistics industry for over 25 years, Kirsten brings her broad experience across all facets of the sector to her role. Well regarded for building lasting and trusting relationships, Kirsten shares the Booth’s “Can Do. Will Do.” attitude for always finding a way.
